Looking for help with basic needs?
Many families in our community face challenges that include, but are not limited to, financial hardship, physical ailments, along with mental health concerns. The assessment form addresses the following needs: food, housing, community resources, food bank referrals, and other basic needs.
All information is kept confidential to the FACE team and the Director of Student Services.
Who benefits from the Needs Assessment?
SCASD students, families, staff and faculty can utilize the resources and services through the needs assessment.
Who can fill out the Needs Assessment?
Anyone can fill out the Needs Assessment. Whether you are a community member or student at SCASD, you can fill out the form.
