Welcome to SCASD Food Services

Serving Education Every Day!

We believe that good nutrition is a key to learning.

Our mission is to provide high quality, healthy school meals that support student growth and learning.

Federal nutrition standards ensure that school meals are well-balanced and provide students with all the nutrition they need to succeed. The meals served in our schools include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, low-fat milk, and whole grains. And we take quality seriously. We cook from scratch and use "whole" foods as often as possible. The staff of the State College Area School District Food Service Department work hard to make sure that healthy and delicious meals can be a part of your student's day. Now is a great time to encourage your kids to choose school meals!
