Frequently Asked Questions
While we encourage parents to correspond directly with their child's school, the below information will provide you with an overview of parents' frequently asked questions to our offices with regard to registration and resources.
How do I change my address?
- You will need to provide updated proof of residency (bill, lease or mortgage statement) to your child’s current school.
You will also need to complete the District Residency form.
How do I change my email and phone number?
- You can change your phone, email and receive attendance notifications through ParentVue.
- Log into ParentVue and in the lower right-hand corner select my account. Click on each tab to change information.
- If you require other changes that are not editable, such as address or medical information, please contact your child's school.
- If you need a ParentVue account, please contact IT Support at 814-231-7743.
