Registration and enrollment

To be eligible for enrollment in the State College Area School District, parents or legal guardians must be residents in our school district and the student must be residing in that home on a permanent basis. To enroll in kindergarten, a student must be 5 on or before August 31 of the school year of enrollment.

To enroll for the current 2025-26 school year, please utilize our online enrollment platform.

Note that enrollment for the 2026-27 school year is not yet open. Please check back in mid-January for details regarding 2026-27 enrollment.

Documentation required at time of registration:

• Copy of birth certificate or passport
• Immunization records. For immunization questions, call 877-724-3258. If you require an immunization appointment and do not have insurance, email for assistance.
• Proof of residency (current utility bill or lease/mortgage agreement) District Residency Form

For families unable to utilize the online option, our paper registration form is available and can be emailed to the district registrar. Please email the form along with the supporting documentation to us.
