    A dynamic and changing field, students enrolled in the Marketing program will learn that marketing products or services are the fundamental objectives of any business. As defined by the American Marketing Association, "Marketing is in the process of planning and executing the conception, pricing, promotion, and distribution of ideas, goods, and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational goals." Student choosing to pursue this career will need technology, communication, and human resource skills as well as a strong academic background in English and communication skills. Students will participate in projects, field trips, guest speakers and other activities that will enhance their knowledge and hands-on experiences in Advertising, Promotion, Public Relations, Sales, Visual Merchandising, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Business Planning, Market Research and the opportunity to own and operate their own retail store, The Roar Store.
