Welcome to the Eastery Parkway Elementary CEEL Program

The Community Education Extended Learning (CEEL) Program is a before and after school extended learning program with full-time and part-time options open to all elementary students. Easterly Parkway and Corl Street CEEL is a very unique environment, created with student interests in mind. Built with effective academic enrichment, physical fitness, and various recreational activities students have the opportunity to gain and maintain positive activities. Through partnerships between the local community, Penn State University, and State College High School, CEEL challenges children and makes learning fun.
