Antonio Rascon-Gato

My name is Antonio Rascon-Gato, and I am the CEEL Site Supervisor at Gray's Woods Elementary School. I have work for CEEL since 2016. I am originally from the Basque region of Spain. I have an Elementary Education degree from the Universidad de Valladolid, as well as a Regents Bachelor's of Arts from West Virginia University. I came to the United States in 1992 and lived in West Virginia for 20 years.  I worked for Potomac State College, a branch campus of West Virginia University, for 12 years as Recreational Activities Coordinator. I also worked for the West Virginia Department of Education providing support in a special education classroom.  Prior to that, I was a stay at home dad for 12 years taken care of my three children.

In my spare time, I like to do carpentry work and am currently doing renovations of my home.  I also enjoy being outdoors, cycling and playing and following soccer. My passion is hiking in the mountains.
