Welcome to my page! The 2023-2024 school year is my first year teaching and I couldn't be more excited! I'm a State High graduate myself and have spent the last 13 years studying the ins and outs of food and beverage. I have degrees from both The Culinary Institute of America and Johnson & Wales University, in both culinary arts and baking and pastry. My professional experience includes time working as a pastry chef for Michelin starred chefs Daniel Boulud and Charlie Palmer, as well as for Forbes Five Star, AAA Five Diamond hotels and resorts across Boston, New York, California and Vermont. I am honored to share my experience with the future culinarians of State College.
