• Homework Policy for Illness

    Dear Parents/Guardians,

Below are various ways in which you or your child can obtain assignments.

*·Check the Team website (homework page, newsletter).

*·Check the Staff link for Off-Team teachers and Team teachers (click on Staff then click on the teacher's name).

    *·Contact other students.

    *·Contact the Counseling Office at 272-5944 preferably between 8 and 11 a.m.

If you are requesting homework through the Counseling Office, before doing so please consider whether your child will be well enough to do the work before returning to school.

Teachers are asked to send the homework to the Counseling Office (next to the Main Office) by 3:00 p.m. of the day after your phone call. We will try to have the needed textbooks/binders provided with the homework assignments. If you need to access your child's locker, it is suggested you do so between dismissal (3:17) and 4 p.m. If it is necessary to access your child's locker during the school day, please go to the Main Office for a visitor pass. To save time, please know your child's locker number and combination.

Parents/Guardians must make arrangements to pick up the requested work. Once your child has returned to school, (s)he should come to the Counseling Office to see if any additional requested work has arrived.

Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions, please contact Jennifer Kauffman,Counseling Secretary, at 272-5944 or via email at jak35@scasd.org.
