State College Area School District Board of Directors
The State College Area School District is governed by a nine-member Board of School Directors. Each board member is elected for a four-year term of office. The board meets on the first and third Monday of each month. Additional meetings and work sessions are advertised in the local media.

Attend a Meeting
The public is invited to attend all regular meetings and work sessions. Time is provided at the beginning of every meeting for public comment. Information about the meetings is also available from the Office of the Superintendent at 814-231-1016.
Location for Meetings
Board meetings are held in the Boardroom of the Panorama Village Administration Building, 240 Villa Crest Drive, State College, PA 16801. All meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. The meetings will be a hybrid combination of remote and in-person.

C-NET broadcasts meetings live in the Zoom format on Channel 98 and through its Youtube live stream. C-NET also archives videos indexed by subject. Additionally, Schlow Centre Region Library maintains an archive going back to 2012, with DVDs available for checking out at the second-floor reference desk.
Right-to-Know Law
Effective January 1, 2009, the State College Area School District has adopted a right to know policy, Policy 801 Public Records, in compliance with the Pennsylvania Right To Know Law (Act 3 of 2008). This provides clear procedures for community members to obtain public records through Right to Know requests.
