    About Me
Along with our four daughters, my husband and I love to have family adventures.  We like to travel to visit family and friends in fun locations across the country.  We also enjoy spending time outside throughout the four seasons, including swimming at Welch Pool in the summer and taking walks to the duck pond on PSU's campus in the fall. In addition to this fun, we also love visiting Schlow Library and reading together each evening.

    Educational Background
Originally from Clarion, PA, I moved to State College in 2000 to attend Penn State University, where I received a B. S. degree in Elementary and Kindergarten Education. I also graduated with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. I spent my senior year at PSU as a Professional Development School fourth grade intern, at Radio Park Elementary. In December, 2006, I graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, with a M. S. degree in Library Science. I have been teaching in the State College Area School District since 2004, and I have enjoyed every minute! I am excited for another terrific year!
