  • The State College Area School District IT department provides services and support for all district technology services. We are responsible for maintaining the district's data center, ensuring the reliability of all services, and providing support for all users and families in the use of district equipment.

IT Services Announcements

  • Summer Helpdesk Hours

    Beginning on Monday June 13th the SCASD HelpDesk will be operating on our summer work schedule. This means that the HelpDesk will be open from 8AM - 12PM at the IT Services Office in the Panorama Village building Monday through Friday. After 12PM, phone and email support will be monitored remotely. 
     
    During the summer months, we utilize the summer HelpDesk hours to allow our building technicians additional time to get out to each building to clean and refresh student and room technology prior to the beginning of next school year.
