Helping Hands Fair

Typically on the first Wednesday in February from 6:30- 8:00 PM

The goal of the annual event is to expose our children to various needs in our community and opportunities to serve. A really fun and worthwhile event, students and their families will have the opportunity to participate in numerous activities that will benefit organizations and agencies in the State College area.

In past years more than 10 agencies /organizations in the State College community benefited from the efforts of students and their families at EP.

Some projects that have lasted throughout the years include:
  • Writing Letters to Military Personnel that are currently deployed Overseas
  • Making Cards of Encouragement for PSU Dance Marathon Dancers
  • Making Fleece Pillows for patients at Mount Nittany Medical Center
  • Decorating and packing Birthday Bags for Meals on Wheels
  • Selling Student- made Sculptures to benefit a non- profit organization in need as determined by our art teacher, Candace Smith.

Please keep an eye out for a flyer shortly that will give in- depth information about this year's upcoming event and provide information about becoming an event sponsor.
