  • Have a great summer!  Questions about Delta over the summer can be directed to Jon Downs.  Students and parents can see current schedules for the fall through Home Access Center (HAC).  "Second choice" courses will be added in late August.  Clump leaders will be in touch in August to schedule Advising Team Meetings (ATMs) during the afternoon of August 20 or all day on August 22 or 23. 

     

    Community service completed in the summer of 2018 counts towards students' 30 hour requirement for the 2018-2019 school year!  link to service form

  • Easterly Parkway Elementary principal hired

    The Board of Directors has approved Danielle Yoder as the new principal of Easterly Parkway Elementary School. Yoder comes to SCASD from the Penns Valley Area School District, where she had been the principal of Penns Valley Elementary and Intermediate School since 2015.

  • Farewell to fifth-graders

    On the last day of school, they came in as elementary schoolers and left as middle schoolers. Watch as fifth-graders at Radio Park Elementary are dismissed for the final time.

  • Creating domestic abuse awareness

    Senior Sarah Paterno created a simulation for the Centre County Women's Resource Center to help educate students and emphasize the warning signs of domestic abuse.

  • Gray's Woods team excels at Destination Imagination

    Gray's Woods Elementary students recently competed in the “Maze Craze” Technical Challenge portion of the the Destination Imagination (DI) Global Finals tournament at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tenn. They came home with second place out of 80 elementary teams.

  • State High Graduation & Senior Parade

    The final week of school for State High seniors began with the senior parade of elementary schools and culminated with 595 students walking across the stage to become graduates.
